Matted: Gooderham Flatiron Building
Victorian Toronto: Gooderham Flatiron building at Wellington and Church Streets was photographed in 1898. The building’s triangular shape results from the diagonal line of Front Street, which follows the 19th-century waterfront, meeting Wellington Street, which follows the traditional Town of York grid.
